Returns & exchanges

namratashenoy endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

Domestic & international orders:
Returns & exchanges are only allowed if the product is wrongfully delivered, I.E. Product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation, or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, in which case we will re-fulfill your order with the same or similar product after review of the wrong delivery/quality/ manufacturing defect within a specific time frame (see customer care below).

Given the nature of our products, we hold the sole discretion to address any situation as we see fit. Returns or exchanges are handled case by case; please contact customer care for prompt resolution. Unfortunately, we do not allow refunds. Customers must verify orders, including details like colors and sizes, before placing them. Refunds are not permitted for wrong or incomplete addresses, three failed delivery attempts, or if the recipient refuses the package. Please note, our policy strictly prohibits refunds, with exchanges only for incorrectly delivered products.

Purchases made during on sale/ discounts are not eligible for any return or exchange.

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In case you receive a package, which you believe was damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) until our insurance adjuster visits to survey the damage.

Additionally, please mention details about the damaged merchandise on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as ‘received’.

Share your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item with our customer care.
